Using the Mini Toolbar
The mini toolbar is a small contextual toolbar that displays only when you perform specific tasks. For example, when you select text, this toolbar displays with options related to text formatting.
Select any text.
View the mini toolbar.
Note
Mini Toolbar Versus the Ribbon Although you can perform the same tasks using the commands on the main Ribbon tab, using the mini toolbar makes these commands available in a more convenient location.
Tip
Mini Toolbar Buttons Descriptions Pause your mouse over a mini toolbar button to view its description.
