Office offers numerous ways to share with others, including several new to Office 2013. You can find numerous sharing options in the Share window in Backstage view.
Click the File tab.
Click Share.
Click Invite People to save your document to SkyDrive and invite people to view or edit it.
Click Get a Sharing Link to create a link that you can share with others who need to view or edit your document.
Click Post to Social Networks to share on connected social networks such as Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

Where Did It Go? You must save your document online to view the Get a Sharing Link and Post to Social Networks options.
Caution
Don’t Overshare Think carefully before sharing socially. Based on the sharing option you choose, consider who could potentially view or edit your files.
Click Email to share via email.
Click Present Online to start an online presentation.
Click Send by Instant Message to send a link via IM.

Email Sharing Options Office offers several ways to share via email. You can send as an attachment, send a link, send as a PDF, send as an XPS, or send as an Internet fax.

Share Window Depending on the application you use, the Share window might have other options. For example, Word enables you to post a document to your blog, and PowerPoint lets you publish slides online.
