Inserting an Online Picture from Office.com
Office.com offers a vast collection of royalty-free pictures, illustrations, and photos that you can insert in your Office documents.
On the Insert tab, click the Online Pictures button.
In the Insert Pictures dialog box, enter a keyword or keywords in the Search Office.com field, and then click the Search button.
Tip
Excel Navigation In Excel, depending on your screen size and resolution, you might have to click the Illustrations button on the Insert tab, and select Online Pictures from the menu.

Online Picture Options From the Insert Pictures dialog box, you can also insert pictures from your SkyDrive account and other locations on the Web, such as Bing Image Search and Flickr.
Scroll down the right side of the dialog box to view all results that match your keywords.
Pause your mouse over a picture to display a description.
Click the View Larger button to enlarge a picture.
Select one or more pictures from the matching results.
Click the Insert button to insert the picture.
Tip
Select Multiple Pictures To select multiple pictures, hold down the Shift key as you select. To select noncontiguous pictures, hold down the Ctrl key.
