New projects are created using the File, New menu command (Ctrl/Cmd+N). This opens a blank project in the main window. Anime Studio Pro allows only one project to be open at a time, but you can start multiple copies of Anime Studio if you want to work with multiple projects simultaneously. If your current file hasn’t been saved, then a warning dialog box appears asking if you want to save the current project before opening a blank project.
Tip
When Anime Studio is first started, the StartupFile.anme project file, located in the Startup folder, is automatically loaded by default. If you are using a template as a starting point for your projects, you can overwrite this startup file to make the new template appear by default.
