One interesting aspect to this sorting process is that the filters work together. As you add search parameters, you end up with several layers of filtering, as shown in Figure 10.3.
Let’s say you wanted the SEO content for your website written by a freelancer. Because your company is in the United States, you want a native English speaker to do the writing. So you add North America as a location parameter.
Next, you only want those contractors with a five-star average rating, and only those with 15 ratings of this level or more. Voilà, you have 130 contractors who fit this bill. That’s still a lot to choose from, but you’ve narrowed it down and have incorporated valuable parameters.
