Advanced Elancing for Contractors and Clients

This part covers some of the more detailed areas of the Elance virtual work platform for both contractors and clients. Elance doesn’t just serve to introduce contractors and clients, but also provides a safe and effective work environment. Project agreements, Terms of Service, and contractor and client online safety is reviewed.

I provide a detailed description of how money flows securely through Elance, and give in-depth instructions on how to fine-tune account settings. Many contractors and clients alike don’t realize the full list of opportunities at the end of jobs, including repeat business and referrals. I discuss these as well as include a troubleshooting guide for what to do if you end up with an unproductive business relationship. It doesn’t happen often, but it’s best to know what to do if it does.

This part finishes with a chapter on the Elance community. Advice, help, and camaraderie exist amongst Elancers, and I’ll show you how to get involved.
