PSTN Dial-In Conferencing Improvements

Lync Server has noticeably reduced the number of messages that a user must respond to when joining a call. Rather than disconnect a caller if no one is available to accept a call, they now wait in the lobby until an organizer decides whether he wants to add the caller to the conference. Callers are also now notified if a call is being recorded.
