This photograph is a result of the “Zoom Lens Blur Effect” technique. The zoom lens is moved during the exposure, thus creating a blurred rush of the scene, while maintaining a crisp focus on the center. This technique emphasizes a specific subject by leading the viewer’s eyes inward to the center, while ignoring the out-of-focus regions. Use ISO 400, f/32, and a 1/30-second exposure.
