Exploring Movies and Sound in PowerPoint

You can insert media clips—sound and movie files—into your PowerPoint presentation for a full multimedia effect. You can insert clips from a variety of sources—clips from the Microsoft Clip Gallery (p. 244), clips you download from the Microsoft Web site, or your own sound and video clips. A PowerPoint presentation can play a clip automatically during a slide show, or you can customize the clip to play only by a mouse action.
