If you want to create overheads and 35mm slides from your PowerPoint presentation, you can use a service bureau to produce these materials for you. Most service bureaus accept files submitted electronically.
PowerPoint includes a special feature that enables you to send your presentation files to the Genigraphics service bureau for producing 35mm slides, digital color overhead transparencies, large display prints, and posters. PowerPoint provides a wizard to help you make your request and transmit it.
To open the Genigraphics Wizard, choose File, Send To, Genigraphics. Figure 8.8 illustrates the first step of this wizard.
Caution
If the Genigraphics menu option doesn't display, reinstall PowerPoint specifying to run the Genigraphics Wizard from your computer.

You can order presentation material, such as slides and overheads (see Figure 8.9).
Or, you can request creative support and services, such as a creative facelift of your design, custom design templates, animations, or digitized videos and sounds (see Figure 8.10).
Follow the steps of the wizard to choose the exact items you want to order and their quantity as well as to specify which presentations you want to submit.
To enter special instructions for your order, click the Special Instructions button and enter this information in the box that appears.
Tip
To get a price quote on the work you want to have done, click the Pricing List button to display a detailed price list.
