Troubleshooting

A ScreenTip doesn't appear when I pause the mouse over a toolbar button.

Verify that the Show ScreenTips on Toolbars check box is checked on the Options tab of the Customize dialog box. Access this dialog box by selecting View, Toolbars, Customize.

I can't find a button I need on the toolbar.

If you've moved your toolbars or placed two toolbars on the same row, not all buttons may be visible. Click the More Buttons button at the far right of the toolbar to display additional buttons.
