The Usage metrics menu contains statistical data on dashboards, reports, datasets, and packages in use inside your Power BI, presented on tiles. The tiles are arranged in two groups:

• Statistics by users
• Statistics by groups

Usage metrics can be turned on or off for the tenant under Tenant settings | Audit and usage settings:
