There are four roles for interacting with Live Events in Yammer that are produced with Teams, as shown in the following table:

- Selects event group members
- Manages reports

- Starts and stops the live event
- Shares the video (both own and the participant's) during the event
- Shares active window or desktop screen
- Selects presenter layouts

Presenter |
- Presents video, audio, or screen
- Moderates Q&A

Attendee |
- Views the event (either live or after the broadcast)
- Participates in the event conversation (questions, answers, comments)
