Microsoft Stream is the storage mechanism that's used to record meetings in Microsoft Teams. After a meeting recording has been saved, it is made available in the Stream Portal. You can access meeting recordings by navigating to My content | Meetings from the Microsoft Stream portal (https://web.microsoftstream.com):
