OneDrive usage reports can be accessed from the Microsoft 365 Admin Center as follows:

1. Navigate to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center (https://admin.microsoft.com), expand Reports, and select Usage.
2. Select OneDrive | Usage.
   

The OneDrive usage report is per-user aggregate data. You can click the Export link to download a Microsoft Excel worksheet containing the data displayed in the Details table.
