Susan F. Dubow, a pioneer in the field of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), has had a long and distinguished career. She served as the Director of the Court Mediation and Arbitration Program, the ADR Division of the 17th Judicial Circuit, Broward County, Florida, for over 22 years. In 2000, she co-founded Mediation Training Group. Today, Mediation Training Group is a leading provider of mediation training, and Susan serves as its President and CEO. Susan mediates workplace disputes for both the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the US Postal Service; she is an Adjunct Professor at Nova Southeastern University's Shepard Broad Law Center; Vice-chair of the Florida Supreme Court's Mediation Ethics Advisory Board (MEAC); and a past-president of both The Association of South Florida Mediators and Arbitrators (ASFMA) and The Florida Academy of Professional Mediators (FAPM).
