INGREDIENTS
1 head of cauliflower, cut into 1-inch (2.5cm) florets
3 garlic cloves, minced
1⁄4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp ground cumin
1⁄4 tsp red pepper flakes
pinch of kosher salt
DIRECTIONS
1 Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C).
2 In a bowl, combine the florets, garlic, and olive oil, tossing to coat.
3 In a separate bowl, combine the turmeric, cumin, red pepper flakes, and salt. Sprinkle the turmeric mixture over the cauliflower and toss to coat.
4 Place the cauliflower on a baking pan and cook until browned and tender, about 23 to 27 minutes, turning occasionally.
5 Remove the cauliflower from the oven and serve immediately.
