I gave this recipe this name because of its color and its ability to make your immune system as strong as steel! This was one of the first smoothie formulations I ever made consistently, and it really helped me stay healthy during long training camps in the winter months of New York.

INGREDIENTS
2 cups frozen blueberries
1 cup frozen broccoli
1 medium frozen banana
2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1⁄4 cup vanilla protein powder
DIRECTIONS
1 In a blender on high speed, blend all the ingredients until smooth.
2 Pour the mixture into 2 chilled glasses and serve immediately.
