I named this after the head strength and conditioning coach at Stony Brook University: George Greene. He serves this to the men’s basketball team after each practice. I drink this nearly every single morning with black coffee or yerba mate. This delicious jolt gets me ready to attack the day!

INGREDIENTS
1⁄2 cup chopped frozen broccoli
11⁄2 cups baby spinach
fresh ginger
1⁄2 cup coconut water
1⁄2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
1 tbsp chia seeds
DIRECTIONS
1 In a blender on high speed, blend the broccoli, spinach, and as much ginger as you desire until smooth.
2 Add the coconut water, almond milk, and protein powder. Blend on high speed until smooth.
3 Pour the mixture into a chilled glass, sprinkle the chia seeds over the top, and serve immediately.
