INGREDIENTS
1 large head of broccoli
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
DIRECTIONS
1 Preheat the oven to 425°F (218°C).
2 Thoroughly wash and dry the broccoli. (The drier the broccoli, the more it will crisp.) Cut into medium-sized spears and coat well with olive oil.
3 Spread the spears on a baking pan and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 10 minutes, flip, and bake for another 10 minutes.
4 Remove the broccoli from the oven and serve immediately.
