Trials

Job trials are mainly used to assess candidates for technical positions, contact centers, client support lines, sales, manufacturing, and so on. Job trials provide more accurate results of the candidate's competencies for the job position that they are being assessed for. And they are also very effective in showing to the candidates what the job entails. Therefore, they are very effective in reducing turnover in high-turnover positions.

Job trials can have the form of: virtual simulations, replications of the job core duties, sample exercises, work activities, job shadowing experience, realistic job previews, interactive games, role plays, and even video tours. They provide more accurate results of the candidate's competencies for the job position.
