Let me explain in short the page where projects are listed. You should have seen this page already as it is where we find the New project link, the View all issues and the Overall activity links, which have been mentioned in this and the previous chapters:

This page lists projects which are accessible for a user. The list includes shortened description of each project. If a project has a yellow star near the name, this means that you are a member of the project. On the sidebar, you see the form allowing you to show closed projects, which are not shown by default.

It's also possible to subscribe to the list of projects and be notified about new projects added. For this, just copy the Atom link and paste it into your favorite RSS aggregator.
