INGREDIENTS
1 medium ripe avocado
coarse sea salt
cracked black pepper
2 slices whole-grain bread, toasted
juice of 1 small lime
red pepper flakes
DIRECTIONS
1 In a bowl, mash the avocado to your desired consistency and season with salt and pepper. (You can slice the avocado instead.)
2 Spread half the mashed avocado on each slice of toast. Drizzle half the lime juice on each slice and sprinkle as many red pepper flakes as desired over the top. Serve immediately.
