After purchasing a Microsoft 365 subscription, the organization's staff will have access to the Microsoft 365 admin center. There are basic tasks IT administrators should know how to do. Roles are critical to consider within an organization as well, so this section will also contain a table of the roles available in the Microsoft 365 admen center, and a short description of each. 

In this section, we will go over the Microsoft 365 roles available in the admin center and then cover some of the common tasks as an administrator such as checking billing and service health statuses.
