If you are unable to log into the Microsoft 365 admin center, there may be an issue with the admin portal. Microsoft provides a second status page that allows you to check for errors when logging in to the Microsoft 365 admin center. You can access the Service Status page at https://status.office365.com:

If the login services are working correctly, you'll typically see nothing except a link to the Service Health Dashboard, as shown in the preceding screenshot. If the login service or admin center portals themselves are experiencing errors, they will be displayed here.
