Sara Jardim Barbosa is an MCSE, MCP and has cleared all Office 365 exams. She is currently working as a Microsoft 365 Administrator and has over 5 years of Microsoft 365 experience. In 2012, she was awarded the Microsoft MVP for her contributions to the Brazilian BPOS, Office 365, and SharePoint communities. Since then, she frequently speaks at Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and SharePoint conferences around the world.

Alan Nicholls is a technical specialist at Microsoft, supporting and guiding his customers through their transitions to not only Office 365 but Microsoft cloud telephony. He has an extensive background in the industry, from starting a phone company in 2005 to being a senior consultant, working with Exchange, Azure, Active Directory, storage system, networking, data center operations, and migration services. He has worked with government, automotive, manufacturing, legal, medical, and non-profit organizations, ensuring they have the best tools and solutions for their organization. Alan lives in southern Florida, where you can find him in his office/lab, under a hood in his garage, at the beach, or up in an airplane.
