In Chapter 4, Comparing Core Services in Microsoft 365, we covered modern Windows 10 Enterprise management, Exchange Online, Exchange Server features, SharePoint Online, and SharePoint Server features, as well as hybrid and migration considerations. Then, we covered how Teams integrates with Office 365 Groups, Exchange Online, and SharePoint Online. Finally, we covered security features such as multi-factor authentication and Conditional Access to elevate protection on cloud services.

In this chapter, we will introduce the Windows-as-a-Service (WaaS) model and the Windows Deployment and Release model. Then, we will be navigating Microsoft 365 admin center for tasks such as managing licensing, monitoring service health, and creating and monitoring a service request.
