As with filters, the Jira administrator can change the ownership of a dashboard to a different user, in case the original user has left the organization. Perform the following steps to change a dashboard's ownership:
- Browse to the Jira administration console.
- Select the System tab and then the Shared dashboards option.
- Search for the dashboard you wish to change ownership of.
- Click on the Change Owner option.
- Search and select the user that will be the new owner.
- Click on the Change Owner button, as shown in the following screenshot:
