INGREDIENTS
5oz (140g) chunk light tuna, drained
1⁄2 medium avocado
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp pink Himalayan sea salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
DIRECTIONS
1 In a bowl, mash together the tuna, avocado, and mustard.
2 Transfer the tuna salad to a serving bowl. Sprinkle the paprika, salt, and pepper over the top. Serve immediately.
