My Learning

This artefact, called My Learning, actually includes two different tools. One measures your multiple intelligences and the other, your learning styles.

Multiple intelligences

The theory of multiple intelligences was developed in 1983 by Dr. Howard Gardner. It is the simple idea that intelligence isn't simply based on logic (as with IQ tests), but rather it comes up with a number of different intelligences a person may have. These range from visual-spatial to musical-rhythmic.

Knowing where your intelligence lies will help you to understand your strengths and weaknesses. This is useful in thinking about the way you approach a task.

Deciding your multiple intelligences is a simple matter of answering a few questions. Let's take the plunge and see where we're intelligent (and not so intelligent).
