In this chapter, we reviewed Ansible as an open source project implemented in Python. It has an architecture with modules that can handle virtually any operating system, cloud environment, tool, and system-management framework. With Ansible, we can minimize the effort and time it takes to manage remote hosts.

In the next chapter, we will look at sockets and explore the Python modules that work with sockets for the TCP and UDP protocols.
