A consistently popular reward that can give your employees a lift in every sense of the word is a paid vacation. Employees whose performance exceeds a predetermined standard or whose production leads all others are rewarded with a special trip. This reward can be provided to an individual or a team, and it works best when the performance criteria are clear and measurable, such as for employees who are in sales, collections, and production.
