Whether as prizes in contests, incentives for reaching objectives, or simply as tangible recognition to show appreciation and thanks, rewards that help make your employees’ work lives and personal lives a little easier are always well received. Many of the rewards that best meet this dual goal can be found in the electronics aisles, whether you are online or on foot.

Some of these rewards include cell phones, digital cameras, laptops, iPods, hi-def televisions, home theatre systems, camcorders, photo printers, DVD players, GPS navigation receivers, and all-in-one wireless devices. These are the kinds of rewards that employees will use every day, and each time they hit the power button, they sense some of the recognition that led to this reward.

When employees are rewarded with these state-of-the-art rewards, items that they hardly knew about yesterday are indispensable today. There are not many rewards that can offer that kind of impact.

Assignment

Do some browsing at the major electronics outlets in your area. Chat with the salespeople about pros and cons of products that might be right for your star employees, and take a look at some of reviews on these items as well. As you put together your menu of rewards for your various recognition programs, be sure to include some of these items.
