A Great Pad

If you are looking for a different way for your employees to feel recognized and rewarded every time they sit down at their computers, one of the best is the personalized mouse pad. This is one of those fun rewards that you can give to your employees for their ability to work around computer glitches, squelch ridiculous e-mail, control the amount of mail stored in their inboxes, or successfully handle other techie problems.

Assignment

Look at the performance of your employees in terms of their ability to make the best use of their computers. If there are any who are a virtual cut above the others, they may be FIT employees. This mouse pad should include the company name and logo, the employee’s name, and the name of the reward. Perhaps these employees are designated as Friends of Information Technology, or FIT. These FIT employees should receive their pads at an over-the-top ceremony, followed by photos on the Website and Wall of Fame.

Whenever these employees boot up their computers, they will briefly flash back on the good times associated with this reward, and that is a great way to start any day.
