Your company is probably loaded with talented employees, not only in terms of their ability to handle their work, but also in terms of less obvious talents they may possess. For a fun-filled and rewarding activity, set aside a lunch for employees to demonstrate some of these hidden talents.

This is a time for your employees to showcase their skills as singers, dancers, stand-up comics, impressionists, musicians, poets, karaoke artists, and more. If they wish, they can group together and put on a skit. All employees are invited to participate, and the employees will be the judges as well.

All entrants will be showered with applause and cheers, and there should be prizes for the best talent in each category. You can have fun with these prizes if you tailor them to each category, such as tickets to a comedy club for the funniest individual or skit.
