I want to thank my wife, Gretchen, who supported me during this project. Writing this book required a significant time commitment above and beyond my normal work responsibilities, but Gretchen remained supportive from start to finish. I want also to thank my children for not deleting my completed work as they learned to play games on daddy’s computer!
