We started this chapter by digging into the entities behind workflow support within Microsoft Dynamics CRM. We then looked at the various types of workflow dependencies and how they can affect when workflows are executed as well as what data they receive during execution. Next, we explored declarative workflows and XAML. After creating our first declarative workflow and deploying it, we wrapped up by looking at the deployment process for declarative workflows.
