Michele Bedigian
Take unusual color combinations and interesting graphic textures, add a little
knowledge and feeling for culture along with an elegant sense of design, and
you get the whole picture of Michele Bedigian’s work. A visual artist through
and through, her work ranges from textiles to advertising, publishing to
package design. Michele’s communication solutions have been demanded by
many top agencies, including Godiva Chocolatier, DDB Advertising, and
DiNoto Advertising, as well as several publishing houses. Michele is a
graduate of Parsons School of Design and the Passalacqua School of
Illustration. Her watercolors have been exhibited at the Metropolitan
Museum of Art and the WomanMade gallery, among other venues, and her
work is sought after by numerous private collectors.
“Years back in the midst of study, I realized that, for me, the goal in my art
has always been to find synergy between the way I think and the way I
express thought.
I guess in all creative disciplines that stem from passion, the effort can
be a risky venture. I’ve learned that the solution actually resides in the
risk, and even more so in the mistakes. It is only there that honest growth
can be revealed.” —Michele

Harmony always lies within the chaos.
The key is silence. Listen, and you’ll
surely hear harmony’s song.

Home is the place I can hear the whisper
clearly, and my heart is content.

“The first artist to really have a
strong influence on me was Turner. I
loved how he captured a feeling with
watercolor, how he went beyond just
creating a representation of his
subject. It’s something I remember
every time I paint.” —Greg
