This healthier take on the famous New Orleans dessert highlights the natural sweetness of banana, and is served with frozen yogurt in place of ice cream.

3 ripe bananas, cut into 1-inch-thick (2.5cm) slices
2 tsp vegetable oil spread
2 tbsp lightly packed light brown sugar
Pinch kosher salt
1⁄3 cup water
2 cups frozen vanilla yogurt
1⁄4 cup chopped walnuts
1. Combine the banana slices, vegetable oil spread, brown sugar, kosher salt, and water in the inner pot. Stir gently.
2. Cover, lock the lid, and flip the steam release handle to the sealing position. Select Pressure Cook (High), and set the cook time for 1 minute. When the cook time is complete, quick release the pressure.
3. Remove the lid. Transfer the bananas and sauce to a medium bowl, and let cool slightly.
4. Add 1⁄2 cup frozen yogurt to a serving bowl. Top with 1⁄4 cup of the bananas and sauce, and 1 tablespoon of the walnuts. Repeat with the remaining servings. Serve warm.
