Larry E. Daniel is a Digital Forensics Certified Practitioner (DFCP), an EnCase Certified Examiner (EnCE), and a Blackthorn 2 Certified GPS Examiner (BCE). As a digital forensics consultant working with clients throughout the U.S. and handling all types of civil and criminal cases since 2001, Larry has completed over four hundred cases. He has qualified and testified as a computer forensics expert witness, a cell phone forensics expert witness, and a cell tower technology expert witness. Larry is a member of the American College of Forensic Examiners, an associate member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and a member of the American Society of Digital Forensics and eDiscovery. Larry has spoken at SANS, Techno-Forensics, Computer Enterprise Investigations Conference, Department of Defense Cybercrime Conference, and the NACDL National Conference, and has provided Continuing Legal Education training classes at bar associations and national- and state-level attorney conferences in Alabama, North Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, California, Washington, Nevada, Illinois, and Louisiana.

Lars E. Daniel is an EnCase Certified Examiner (EnCE) examiner and forensic artist. Lars performs computer and cell phone forensics, video and photo forensics, and audio forensics. Lars earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina with a concentration in Media Integration, and is a Photoshop expert. He has attended over two hundred hours of forensic training in computer and cell phone forensics and has qualified and testified as an expert witness. Lars has provided photo forensics, video forensics, audio forensics, and composite art services to law enforcement, criminal defense attorneys, and for the Vidocq Society. He has presented at dozens of CLE training events and conferences including the Computer Enterprise Investigations Conference.
