NetQueue can use multiple transmit queues to parallelize access that is normally serialized by the device driver. Multiple transmit queues can also be used to get some sort of guarantee. A separate, prioritized queue can be used for different types of network traffic.

NetQueue monitors the load of the VMs as they receive packets and assigns queues to critical VMs. All other VMs use the default queue.
