An integrated hospital operations system approach leveraging organizational mindset,
throughput methodology, and logistical control system technology can overcome the root causal
factors impeding the transformation of healthcare operational performance and result in dramatic
improvements in quality, patient safety, patient throughput, and predictive service performance
on par with other economic sectors.
