Perform following steps to get banner information using DMitry:
- As was previously discussed in the port scanning recipes of this book, DMitry can be used to run a quick TCP port scan on 150 of the most commonly used services. This can be done using the -p option:
- This port scan option is required in order to perform banner grabbing with DMitry. It is possible to also have DMitry grab any available banners when connections are attempted with each of these 150 ports. This can be done using the -b option in conjunction with the -p option:
