Unlike the public load balancer, the internal load balancer does not need a public IP address. Therefore, no public IPs will be created, and we will jump directly to the Frontend IP configuration of the internal load balancer and follow these steps:
- Click on Add. A new blade will be opened, asking you to specify the following:
- Name: A name for the additional frontend IP address.
- Subnet: The subnet associated with the load balancer, from which you acquire an additional IP address for the load balancer.
- Assignment: Specify whether you need a dynamic IP or a static one for the load balancer. I recommend using a static one.
- IP address: If static is selected, you have to specify a static IP address within the range of the subnet:

- Once you have clicked on OK, you will have the IP address added to the frontend IP addresses of the internal load balancer.
