Section 5 – 2D Engineering Drawings Foundation

2D engineering drawings are key to the design workflow. They enable you to document and communicate your work. This section will cover the foundations of engineering drawings’ interpretations, how to construct simple engineering drawings, and how to generate and adjust bills of materials in the SOLIDWORKS drawing environment. It also includes a project requiring you to interpret drawings and 3D model a pair of glasses.
