Chapter 16. Integrating Components

The project team (both business and IT experts) has finished the construction of the pieces of the infrastructure that we need for this CRM project. Now we're ready to turn on each of the four components that we've built. This is the transition step from the work we've done inside the company to the work we will do to actually deliver the project outside – to our customers.
