When you want to see how much extra time you’ve now got

Let’s see how much time this section will save you. Copy each chapter’s time saving into this table and add them up:

When you add up your savings, you’ll see you’ve a pretty big total. Remember, 50 minutes a day equals 200 hours a year. That’s an entire month!

There’ll never be a better opportunity to start saving this time than now, when it’s fresh. And, the great thing is, because you communicate all the time, it’s relatively easy to identify the first time you can try it (which, as you saw with the chapter 2 “Buy bread” example, is critical).

So, in the next few minutes, you’ll be talking, emailing, writing  . . .  Which technique will you use first?
