Installing PowerShell Core takes a bit more work than the other platforms, but that is mostly because of the flexibility of Linux and the many different ways in which you can install. There are many different Linux distros out there. Enumerating how to install PowerShell on each of those would be difficult to accomplish in this book, so take a look at https://github.com/PowerShell/PowerShell/blob/master/docs/installation/linux.md for individual distro instructions. Here, we have chosen Ubuntu as a common distro for an example.
