Before we can actually install the DSC pull server, there are some setup tasks you have to perform. These tasks have to be performed only by you (whether manually or through a script) for the first DSC pull server you deploy, and they can be added to your DSC deployments as time goes on. Again, we reference the chicken and the egg problem; naturally, some of this requires us to do some work until we have something set up to do the work for us.
