If you are using the push model of DSC configuration deployment, you are responsible for deploying all the DSC resources you use to each and every target node yourself before you push a DSC configuration to the target node. If you don't, then the DSC configuration script will fail with an error, complaining that it cannot find the DSC resource. This is because the DSC engine on the target node is not responsible for finding the DSC resource to use.
